DEPARTURE DATE
Please call ahead to ensure availability of the date you selected. Departure date
& arrival time at Thunder Valley has to be approved by casino management.
DEPARTURE LOCATIONS
Up to 2 pickup locations enroute to Thunder Valley.
Additional pickup locations have to be pre-approved as they may delay arrival
time at the casino and cause overtime charges.
Departure locations refer to the San Francisco Bay Area only. Please
call for pricing on Thunder Valley for your choice on pickup location.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for any group reservation. Please
have a $100 deposit ready when making a reservation.
BALANCE
Balance must be paid 14 days prior to departure based on the
minimum requirement selected.
CANCELLATION FEE
If group cancels within 30 days of departure, a $100 cancellation fee
applies.
